VISION

The SI NGO is committed to bringing people to the innate potentiality because we are motivated and driven by what we see in the future of the children, youth, widows and the less privileged in society. We see their hope and energy, enthusiasm, ideals, abilities, their imagination and vision, as well as their willingness to take responsibility for direction to develop human life on earth. These are the major purview (scope) for social change, economics development and technical innovation.

MISSION STATEMENT

The SI is a non-governmental organization and a charitable trust established in November 2004 in Mombassa by the Board of Directors (Mr. Jacob Boaz Muoga, Mr. Stephen Karura Ngari and Mr. James Njuguna) as a corporate social philanthropy. The primary purpose of the SI is in the area of children, youth, widows, the old and the less privileged living in Kenya, Sudan and Somalia and their future. We are mainly championing the values of human rights, redirecting the future of the children and youths in Africa, conflict resolution amongst the belligerent communities, social responsibility, human development, relief co-ordination, healthy youth development, fighting social exclusion and conditions of marginality, as well as providing and checking good governance in society. To this end, the SI NGO avoids short-term gestures effect and publicity in favor of long-term and enduring success.

SIYM International is registered with the Kenyan Ministry of Gender, Culture, Sports and Social Services as a community based organization (cbo) - Registration No. SS/MSA/CD/SH/04/585.
